I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and just across the tremendous new promenade. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services like room service, car hire, and laundry. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had a pleasant restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. my experience here was top-notch and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a luxurious and comfortable getaway.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The Hotel was clean and the location is directly on the beach. You also get discount for using the beach in front of the hotel
The rooms were small and the fact that you have to pay for towels and beach access.

It was a friendly, clean hotel in an excellent beach location, and close to all other amenities such as bars, shops and restaurants.
It didn't have a swimming pool and although very close to the sea/beach, there were lots of jelly fish and crabs in the sea, so it wasn't suitable to swim in to cool down! A pool would have been nice.

Comparing to the other hotels in the surrounding, it is the prettiest, has a nice design, and even compared to the only five-star Des Bains, I'd choose Tiffany's anyway when it comes to interiour and location. The sea view took my breath away. Breakfast was also perfect, great variety and friendly staff who would let us in even if we were a little late.
Service ruined the whole impression. In the end of the first day we were asked to move to another room with no excuse or assistence. In the new room bed was not rightly fixed, conditioner was out of order etc. After a meeting with the manager the situation normalized, and still, all these left me with the impession that it this hotel until you ask for it persistently, nothing would be done for you. Overall, is up to you to decide whether you would like to spend your vacation in a contant battle for comfort.

breakfast - sometimes the food was cold ( omelette), the fruits and bread were not fresh, sometimes it was hard to find a folk and tea spoon

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I loved being able to step out of the door and have the beach right in front of me. It's also great that the hotel is just across the new promenade, making it very easy to get to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel is impressive. The staff definitely take pride in maintaining everything to a high standard. Lastly, the breakfast provided was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the soy milk offered for coffee and cereal.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

We visited this hotel during the Easter holidays and had a great experience overall. The hotel provided a delicious and varied breakfast buffet, as well as a highly attentive and friendly staff. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. We especially appreciated the comfortable and spacious room, as well as the stunning views from our room.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable at times and didn't work properly in certain areas of the hotel. we found the parking fees to be quite high, and it was a bit of a hassle to park and retrieve our car each time we needed it.

Stayed in a hotel in the Romagna coast and had a lovely time. the decor of the hotel was nice and modern, and we had a large selection of food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. the hotel also had a great location right on the beach and close to public transportation. One of the best things was the free bike rentals which we used to ride around and see the beautiful scenery.
Although our room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small, and the Wi-Fi didn't work properly. We also found that the hotel was a bit pricey, especially for what we got in terms of room size and amenities.
